Penny was raised in Garden Grove, CA. Her early years were filled with the sights and smells of ocean breezes and tropical flowers. Many of her designs reflect her love of the sea and it's breathtaking corals, shells and fish.
She spent a great deal of her life traveling, making places such as Germany, Indiana and coastal South Carolina her home before moving to the lush Appalachian mountains of Kingsport, TN where she now lives near her beloved granddaughter, Reagan. While still partial to the ocean (which she visits regularly) she has found much inspiration in the four seasons offered in East Tennessee mountains. Drawing from natures beautiful pallet of fall's rusts, reds, yellow and golds, Penny has incorporated branches, leaf colors and mountain flora into her latest designs.
